Logic Health are growing rapidly, and with growth comes opportunity. As such, we are searching for an enthusiastic Regional Manager for our NSW clinics. After a period of rapid expansion, this new role will act as a point of escalation to the NSW occupational health assessment team.
The responsibilities of the role include the management of day-to-day clinic operations, monitoring of financial performance and supporting the continued growth of the business.
The leadership role is based out of our medical centres with travel required between clinics on a regular basis. Work from home can be accommodated to a maximum 1-2 days per week following the successful completion of probation. This role would suit a seasoned Senior Rehabilitation Consultant or Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. Qualifications as an Exercise Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Physiotherapist or Occupational Health Technician with current AHPRA or ESSA registration encouraged to apply.
**Core Duties Include**:
Occupational Health Clinic Operation
- Management of clinic workflow, personnel and expenses promoting operational efficiency.
- Proactively manage escalations, customer complaints and technical queries to exceed customer expectations
- Work with the East Coast Operations Manager to develop and execute growth plans for each NSW clinic
- Develop relationships and liaise with Practice Managers, GP's and ForHealth Regional Managers to promote operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct a range of pre - employment medical screening; preliminary drug/urine screening; spirometry; ECG; audiometry; functional capacity assessments
- Various reporting
Client-centric Customer Service
- Manage a client list, build relationships, identify opportunities to expand services and promote open feedback channels to enhance services
- Assist in the development of proposals and tenders
- Conduct regular QA of customer files identifying trends and learning opportunities for the team, ensuring a high level of quality is maintained aligned to our clinical governance standards.
People Management
- Rosters, management of team leave and coordination of clinic opening hours
- Management of professional development plans and quarterly performance reviews of all direct reports

**Minimum Requirements**:
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree qualified in any of the following fields - Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Nursing
- Current registration or ability to obtain registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Customer relationship management experience or exposure
- Demonstrated people leadership capability
- Demonstrated understanding of the pre-employment, injury management and treatment landscapes as they relate to occupational health
- Strong commitment to high professional standards
- The ability to examine and treat patients effectively
