- Resident Dining Experience
- Your role will support homes to provide a high-quality dining experience by ensuring residents on the IDDSI spectrum receive the meals that are safe for them to consume along with managing other special diets, and offering diverse, seasonal menus. You will also assist with feedback resolution, uphold kitchen standards, and ensure dining aligns with organisational values and resident preferences.- Financial Management
- Your role will require you to collaborate with catering, finance, and procurement teams to source cost-effective, quality ingredients and manage food and labour budgets efficiently. You will also monitor industry trends and promote innovation and sustainability while maintaining financial responsibility across hospitality operations.- Standards Compliance
- You will conduct regular reviews of kitchen operations and dining services to ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, ACQSC, and organisational standards. You will also attend audits, implement improvements, and monitor service delivery variations to maintain high compliance levels.- Reporting and Meetings
- Active participation in regional and site meetings, conduct onsite visits, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, residents, and staff is a requirement of the role. You will be required to provide timely and accurate reports on hospitality performance, compliance, and service quality to senior leadership.- Staff
- You role will support Residential Managers with staff outcomes, onboarding, and mentoring, while fostering strong relationships with care and lifestyle teams. It is also an opportunity to provide professional leadership aligned with Anglicare's values and leadership framework, creating an engaged and effective hospitality team.- Continuous Improvement
- Be part of review and enhance hospitality systems for efficiency and quality, provide feedback for improvement, and manage local projects as required. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to promote consistency, compliance, and innovation across sites.- Business Operations
- You will oversee hospitality services across the region to meet KPIs, contribute to organisational strategy, and manage safety, risk, and operational challenges effectively.- Team

What You Bring:
- Strategic thinking and planning skills- Strong leadership, management, team building, consulting and negotiation skills- Organisational and decision-making ability- Administrative ability and inventory management knowledge- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills- Service attitude- Ability to mentor and guide- Oversee region's hospitality services to meet KPIs.- Ability to contribute to Anglicare's Strategy.- Manage safety, risk, and problem-solve.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery- Proven and demonstrated experience in a similar role in aged care- Knowledge of IDDSI framework
