Change Coordinator

**The role**

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Change Coordinator to join our growing Change Practice within the Corporate Services team. This role will support the successful delivery of business change initiatives, playing a key role in managing the process of change across Auto and General. You will collaborate with other Change specialists and leaders, stakeholders, assess change impacts, and ensure seamless communication, all while supporting the execution of strategic change projects.

As a Change Coordinator, you will support Change Managers with the coordination of the planning, communication, engagement and implementation activities in support of changes across various departments. Your experience will contribute to business change readiness, drive the effective adoption of changes, and ensure that changes are delivered on time and within scope.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and the successful adoption of change initiatives. Facilitate regular project updates, timelines, and milestones.
- ** Change Communication**:Develop and execute communication strategies that align with business change initiatives. Work alongside communications teams to create tailored messages that resonate with key audiences and ensure clear and transparent communication.
- ** Support Change Implementation**: Provide coordination and specialist advice to change management and project teams, informing project scope and supporting business readiness activities. Contribute to the creation of resources such as change awareness tools and training materials.
- ** Project Support**: Track change management progress, contribute to the identification of potential change risks to timelines, and raise concerns promptly to ensure the delivery of successful change initiatives. Monitor and report on the status of change implementation efforts.
- ** Change Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all change project-related activities, ensuring that all documentation complies with organisational and Change Practice standards. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status and progress of change projects.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Proven experience in a Change Analyst or Change Coordinator role.
- Familiarity with insurance and/or risk management, compliance, and governance principles is desirable.
- A background in management consulting is desirable.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in project and change management tools and software.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leaders and technical teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
