About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Change Analyst who is passionate, skilled, and experienced in leading Digital Transformation within large, complex organisations.

Key responsibilities will include:- Facilitating and actively supporting leaders, team members and key stakeholders in change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of collaboration technologies and services.-
- Identify and assess project stakeholders and the change impact and completing relevant change management plans and activities-
- Identifying, analysing, and preparing risk mitigation activities-
- Evaluating user readiness and undertaking appropriate actions to ensure user support for the change-
- Help in the preparation and management of project governance material including plans and other project supporting documentation.-
- Ensure all communication materials are up-to-date and circulated appropriately where required, for example publications and the ITS website.-
- Evaluate change management and communication plans and coordinate implementation schedules.-
- Addressing and escalating issues or concerns through senior program stakeholders to mitigate risks.-
- Undertake appropriate communication activities across the University developing collateral for projects and maintaining a framework for communication- Identify where training materials are required and assist in development of training material.- Develop implementation support and handover tools to ensure reinforcement and sustainability of change, including benefit realisation planning and post implementation review.- Develop strong working relationships to get a good understanding of all activities, clear key priorities and identify any communication and change gaps that need to be addressed- Other duties within the scope of the classification and within the limits of their skill, competence, and training

This is a full-time or part-time, fixed-term position for 6 months initially, with possible extension.

We are open to considering different capacity options, including full-time equivalent (FTE) and School hours.

At HEW level 7, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $93,254 - $101,680 plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $109,107 - $118,966 annually.

About You

Essential- Education, training, certification and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with at least 4 years’ subsequent experience as a change practitioner, and a track record of planning and implementing change for business and technology-related projects.- Demonstrated experience with contemporary change management frameworks, methodologies, practices, and tools.- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and digita
