Media Coordinator

**Your new team
We have a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to join the A&G in-house Group Media Buying team as Media Coordinator, working on leading brands such as Budget Direct, Compare the Market and iSelect.

The purpose of the Media Coordinator role is to:

- Support the seamless execution of media campaigns across various channels, including Television, BVOD, Outdoor, Radio and Cinema.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, creative and finance to align on campaign budgets and timelines.
- Build rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**The role
- Utilise media monitoring tools to assist in tracking media placements, schedules and audience delivery to ensure campaigns are running as planned across Television, BVOD, OOH, Audio and Cinema.
- Effective communication between external agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage material Instructions by providing detailed material specifications and deadlines for the creation and delivery of advertising materials.
- Coordinate the distribution of material instructions to media partners and ensure all materials are delivered on time.
- Generate detailed post campaign reporting on media outcomes, including audience delivery, media value and reach and frequency results.
- Manage campaign bookings and reconcile with purchase orders to maintain monthly invoice accuracy.
- Utilise competitive tracking tools to gather and analyze media data, and provide insights.
- Regular data entry to be ingested into automated reporting and attribution tools.General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the Group Media Buying function.

**What experience you’ll bring
**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field OR proven experience in a similar role for 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritisation capabilities.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with media planning and research tools such as eTAM, MOVE and Spectra.Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Slides and Sheets.
