Project & Change Manager

The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Projects & Change within our Partnerships & Alliances team, you'll lead the delivery of key initiatives that underpin the success of our White Label and Alliance Insurance Products. You'll work across a variety of delivery methodologies to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to strategic projects – helping deliver value to our partners and customers alike.
This isn't a pure tech project role – it's about navigating complex people and process environments, coordinating with external partners, and influencing outcomes in a regulated industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across insurance partnership initiatives
- Adapt delivery approach to suit each project (agile, hybrid, or traditional)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet performance goals
- Support compliance with risk, control, and contractual obligations
- Drive continuous improvement through retros, stakeholder feedback and delivery metrics
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including executives, operations teams, and consultants
- Manage delivery timelines, risk mitigation and clear, transparent reporting
What experience you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in financial services or a highly regulated environment
- Comfortable working across delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Experience working with third-party vendors or partners (highly desirable)
- Certifications in Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP
