Loyalty & Rewards Coordinator

**The role**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loyalty & Rewards Coordinator to join our Customer Marketing & Platforms team. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Engagement, you will play a key role in delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns and enhancing the Budget Direct Rewards program.
This is a hands-on role that combines campaign coordination, stakeholder management and creative input, with plenty of opportunity to bring ideas to life and directly impact customer retention and experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Enhancing the Budget Direct Rewards program through partner collaboration, communications, and tactical offers.
- Writing and coordinating content, ensuring alignment with brand tone, guidelines as well as Compliance, Privacy and Spam Act obligations.
- Supporting campaign reporting and insights to measure performance and inform future activity.
- Maintaining and optimising automated customer journeys within the CRM.
- Manage the customer support queries relating to the Rewards program.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative copywriting ability.
- Proven experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for enhancing customer experience.
- Experience with other loyalty programs and insurers is preferred but not essential.
