**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a growing Energy business that has a strong mission and vision around sustainability. This includes the provision of clean energy, the need to reduce these prices and the production of stable power.

Reporting into the GM of HR & General Affairs, you will be responsible for leading the General Affairs (GA) team to provide support across the Company in a number of different busniess areas.

Duties include;
- Work closely with Finance to ensure a compliant, rigorous invoice checking process is in place for office related invoices
- Manage the Business Travel Process
- Manage the Information Management Systems within the Company to ensure a system is in place that supports Company needs, including adequate training of all staff on system
- Company Intranet and External Website and coordination of activities across Company to update such websites
- Ensuring smooth running of office including maintenance of all Company fixtures, fittings, that office is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times
- Liaise with Building Management to ensure smooth operation of all Company associated matters
- Work with Leadership team to coordinate regular meetings such as Monthly meeting, Quarterly town hall, to ensure all information is provided and prepared ready for sharing as needed on instruction from Leadership Team/ GM, HRGA
- Be an M-Files "super-user" to facilitate document management in electronic M-Files environment
- Responsible for coordination of office events with the aim of developing a positive, fun work environment across the office

**The Successful Applicant**:
This is a busy role that will require you to have similar experience in a previous role within a corporate environment.
