The COX Brisbane Studio is currently seeking a talented Submissions Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with the Directors, the role encompasses tender submissions, capability documents, sector brochures, and more.

COX is a national design-focused practice working across a huge range of high-profile projects including public buildings in the arts and cultural sector, high-end commercial projects in the workplace sector, luxury lifestyle precincts in the residential sector, as well as large-scale sports, transport and retail.

Our Brisbane studio is a thriving 65-person team of design professionals in architecture, interior design, and master planning. Our reputation for quality design is renowned throughout QLD.

The COX Brisbane Studio is currently seeking a talented Submissions Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with the Directors, the role encompasses tender submissions, capability documents, sector brochures, and more.

**The Role**:

- Make a register of tenders, bids, expressions of interest and requests for proposals as they arrive in the studio and circulate for action.
- Develop the skills required to use the various digital lodgement and release portals for bids and tenders used by various government, institutional and private bodies.
- Discuss with the studio directors case by case on the decision about appropriate tenders and bids to pursue.
- Utilise and regularly update the COX national data archive platform of graphic collateral and written marketing material on COX projects to input into bids and submissions
- Source appropriate material from existing files and liase directly with the Directors on content and response
- Coordinate and assemble a high-quality response to each bid as required by the due date ensuring key criteria are addressed
- Liase with graphic staff locally and nationally to develop high quality outputs
- Develop and use in-house graphic programs to make CV’s, project case studies and other diagrams required
- Coordinate the inputs of specialty subconsultants outside COX where required and incorporate
- Debrief with client and studio directors post-lodgement on outcomes and areas for future improvements of submissions

**Requisite skills**:

- An understanding of the bid, tender and submissions process as it relates to a professional consultancy firm.
- Excellent graphics software programs skills
- Excellent people skills and communications skills both written and spoken
- Proficiency in InDesign essential
- Desktop publishing programs
- Reporting skills

**Reports directly to and responsible to**:

- The Brisbane studio directors

- Local and National Associates
- Directors of other studios around the nation
- Local graphic design personnel
- National graphic design personnel
- Head of Marketing and Communications
- National Communications Manager
