**Data Governance Technical Specialist, APAC**

You will report to the Director DG, MDM Specialists.

You are an outstanding Data Governance Technical Specialist with results and recognized success in the software industry and the region. You can work with many individuals both within the customer accounts and within Informatica communicating confidently across all levels. You can work, competitively while demonstrating confidence, and the highest standards of integrity and credibility. You are committed to the success of Informatica through your collaborative approach.

**Stakeholders**

Your key internal stakeholders will be GVP Sales, APAC, Regional Sales Directors and Partner Alliances

**Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do**
- Obtain a clear understanding and adherence to Informatica Sales process and policies
- Follow Informatica business processes
- Obtain a clear understanding of Informatica product and support value proposition
- Manage customer technical requirements through your product knowledge and advocacy
- Collaborate and work together with Specialist teams, field and customers Understand the care approaches, business models, concepts, roles, terminology, key systems and processes used in the above-mentioned industries and leverage this knowledge to develop and position solutions based on Informatica’s data management platform.
- Create sales collateral and presentations to support the positioning of these solutions
- Structure, develop and execute customer workshops and presentations covering both business and technical topics.
- Investigate industry relevant topics and concepts to identify how Informatica's data governance tools can be used to complement or address them.
- Develop functional and technical solutions with wider Informatica teams to enable clients to resolve business issues.

**What We'd Like to See**
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and related data management concepts such as data protection, data privacy, master data management, data quality, data integration, data analytics, business intelligence and exposure to cloud technologies.
- Understand the different motivations and requirements of the various stakeholders across the entire organization including sales acumen
- Experience working with marketing and business development teams to develop sales messaging, campaigns and events.
- Good business acumen across various industries
- Understanding and experience in the technology sales process.
- This position requires excellent, proactive communication skills as you will be managing the flow of information between many different people and organizations both within and outside Informatica.
- ANZ focused role with the occasional opportunity to travel internationally
