**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Director Integrity, the Manager, Prevention, Compliance and Change leads the department's prevention and compliance function. This is an exciting role with a focus on preventing fraud, corruption and wrongdoing in the workplace and ensuring compliance with a range of integrity-related requirements. The Manager has responsibility for overseeing department-wide fraud and corruption risk assessments, reviews of high-risk business areas or practices, integrity policy reviews, integrity learning and development, and communication to staff about integrity issues and compliance activities. The Manager will have change management, project management and communication skills and will strive for continual improvement with strategies to support and develop a pro-integrity culture where integrity and ethical behaviour is embedded in department operations.

The Manager, Prevention, Compliance and Change leads the Prevention, Compliance and Change team. This is one of three teams in the Integrity Unit responsible for fraud and corruption control, who work closely and flexibly together.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Demonstrates change management and project management skills to roll out initiatives with the aim of engaging staff at all levels and developing the department's integrity culture.
- Effectively communicates through various means to target and deliver key integrity messaging and training.
- Effectively coaches and develops staff to deliver on key priorities.
