**About the Business Unit**:
Liquor Control Victoria was established on 1 July 2022 and comprises the independent Victorian Liquor Commission and staff from the Department of Justice and Community Safety. Liquor Control Victoria is responsible for issuing liquor licences and overseeing industry compliance and enforcement to ensure that Victorians and visitors to the state enjoy safe and responsible liquor licenced environments. This is an exciting time to join Liquor Control Victoria and to be part of something new and growing. We are strengthening our focus on harm minimisation and assessment of community impacts as part of our regulatory approach following major reforms to liquor licencing laws that commenced in 2022.

**About the Role**:
The Change Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, coordinating and delivering end to end change strategies that support the successful delivery of one or more technology and business initiatives within Liquor Control Victoria's Licensing and Transformation Division.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the establishment and embedding of the change management function and framework at Liquor Control Victoria
- Ensuring the effective operation of change management by providing a central coordination function and facilitating the concurrent delivery of a range of change initiatives across Liquor Control Victoria
- Driving the strategic alignment between the transformation program of works and Liquor Control Victoria strategic goals.

**About You**:

- The ability to identify long-term organisational change required with a focus on the wider political, social and environmental context while championing an organisational culture that actively seeks opportunities to improve and where staff engage with and are committed to change
- The ability to build a culture of collaboration across the organisation while looking for and facilitating opportunities to collaborate with external stakeholders
- The ability to identify and manage a range of complex and often competing needs; facilitates innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.
- Qualifications/Requirements:_
- Relevant tertiary education in change management or related field is highly desirable
- PROSCI accreditation is highly desirable.
