**How will I help?**

You will join a great team who own delivery and digital capability for all the acquisition and activation experiences within the Cash and Transaction Banking (for Merchants, Business and Consumer) across 4 major banking brands - Westpac, St George, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA.

You will work closely with the wider Cash and Transaction Banking Line of Business in particular the Got to Market squads and build great relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders that will help us get things done and have fun doing it.

Our squad is focused on driving 3 key areas:

- Upgrading our Origination experience across Merchants, Business Everyday Banking and Consumer Everyday Banking
- Helping our Line of Business on major compliance and risk programs
- providing expertise and drive
- Driving new propositions across the line of business to ensure what comes out of strategy can be delivered and what we deliver through our project teams is timely, customer focused and effective.

**What do I need?**
- Knowledge of the merchant and consumer and business banking competitor & technology landscape
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, commerce, engineering, or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills to deliver insights and understanding
- Skills in organising, project management, effective problem solving and decision making
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders/partners
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in an agile environment
