Create your best future and join Westpac as a **Product Development Manager - Digital** **What’s the role?** As a Product Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of innovation, shaping the future of investment products. This role is based in either Sydney or Melbourne and is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and the rest from home. You'll be part of a supportive team environment, driving the product roadmap and launching new investment capabilities. In this role, you'll: - Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with our wealth product strategy. - Plan, design, and launch a new digital client experience for clients - User / customer experience mapping for current and future state - Manage supplier selection processes including market scanning, request for proposals, evaluation, negotiation and approvals - Engage with vendors to delivery product roadmap - Design end-to-end product and operational processes across internal teams and vendors. - Collaborate with project managers to define milestones, prioritize features, and manage dependencies. - SME for business analysts to engage for key project deliverables, e.g. user stories, business requirements, change approach etc. - Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product priorities. - Interpret customer and business needs, translating them into business requirements. - Ensure products comply with relevant obligations, policies, and internal processes. - Support change management and implementation. - Manage the governance process around new products and material product changes. **What do I need?** - Demonstrable experience in product development and client experience - In-depth knowledge of the wealth management and/or private banking sectors - Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity - Experience and understanding of all types of investment products - Strong execution and communication skills **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
