**How will I help?**

The role is accountable for delivering on product management activities required for the Asgard platform including:

- Supporting the delivery of initiatives to increase retention and improve satisfaction on the Asgard platform
- Understand adviser and customer needs through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Resolution of queries and escalations
- Supporting the drafting of Board/Committee papers as required
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Adherence to policies, procedures and regulation ensuring compliance incidents and breaches are reported and solutions implemented
- Monitor customer experience, complaints and business simplification
- Risk management and effective use of key risk management processes in accordance with frameworks and policies together with laws and regulations: including but not limited to issues management, regulatory relationships, customer complaintsProvide support to other business areas on the product suite including product, disclosure, projects, marketing and communications

**What do I need?**
- 1-2 years’ experience in financial services or product management
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or finance related discipline is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities across multiple teams/stakeholders to delivery timely outcomes
- Collaborative attitude with ability and desire to develop long term positive relationships
- Problem solving skills and ability to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Highly attuned, proactive issue identification and analytical abilities, generating innovative solutions to issues
- Proven ability to work effectively within a highly legislated/governed environmentKnowledge in super, investments and platforms
