**How will I help?**

This role sits within the Cash & Transactional Banking Line of Business and directly accountable for the delivery and management of Business and Consumer Transactional Banking Products.

The role sits in the Cash and Transactional Banking Products village reporting into the Transactions Product Service Owner. The primary objective is to own product strategy, quality, risk & maintenance activities, working closely with the strategy, go to market, lifecycle, risk and pricing villages to execute programs and realise outcomes.

The brands that sit within the Cash & Transactional Banking Line of Business include Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA.

Details on this role include:

- Product (asset) ownership including strategy, construct, features, execution channels & collateral across Consumer and Business transaction accounts
- Manage end-to-end (E2E) product governance and quality to include product features, processes and collateral
- Identify, manage & monitor product portfolio & features relative to customer, performance & risk outcome
- Manage complaints and support a resolution to trending issues
- Working closely with village teams to deliver to broader product outcomes, including customer strategy and various customer lifecycle villages.
- Have visibility and oversight over products, processes, systems and projects/initiatives delivered across the villages
- Data and trend analysis: Growth, utilisation (activation, spend, closures), channel analysis and risk (fraud)

**What do I need?**
- You will be a self-starter, able to work self sufficiently
- Proven experience in managing product portfolios and developing product teams driving customer, financial and regulatory outcomes
- Experience in developing, and owning the delivery of product programs and initiatives in a challenging environment
- Ability to play a mentoring relationship for the wider team
- Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships
- Power to exercise governance and best practise
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Desire to be constantly challenged and develop new knowledge

Financial services background is essential.
