**How will I help?**

This role is accountable for delivering on product management activities required for the BT Platforms products and associated portfolios - Asgard and Panorama - including the following activities:

- Management of Platforms specialist portfolios - cash, term deposits and annuities
- Seek revenue generating and expense saving initiatives
- Drive customer experience improvements
- Implementation of robust controls, risk governance and incident management
- Ensure product’s compliance with legislative change
- Support platforms strategy development, sales enablement initiatives, menu management where required.
- Where required, drive components of the Approvals process (e.g. Board papers), Disclosure changes (e.g. Offer documents), Product implementation (e.g. Processes, communications, forms etc.) and contract negotiationsMonitor and report on customer experience, complaints and business simplification

**What do I need?**
- Exceptional written communication skills including writing clear and concise management/board papers and adviser/client communications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of investment trends
- Tertiary qualifications in a business, commerce, economics or finance related discipline (desirable)
- Hands on experience in the financial services industry.RG146 compliant (desirable, but not required)
