**Assistant Product Manager, Super & Legislation - 51349**

**How will I help?**

The role is accountable for delivering on product management activities required for the Platforms products including:

- Implementation of new legislative change
- Board reporting
- Incident management
- Customer experience improvements
- Implementation of robust controls and risk governance
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Product implementation (e.g. processes, communications, forms etc.)Monitor and report on customer experience, complaints and business simplification

**What do I need?**
- Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities across multiple teams/stakeholders to delivery timely outcomes
- 1-2 years’ experience in financial services or financial products
- Superannuation and platforms knowledge
- Collaborative attitude with ability and desire to develop long term positive relationships
- Problem solving skills and ability to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Attuned, proactive issue identification and analytical abilities, generating innovative solutions to issuesProven ability to work effectively within a highly legislated/governed environment
