**Job Description Summary**

The Customer Insights and Technical Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by facilitating the identification, analysis, and implementation of business process improvements and technology solutions whilst participating in global, regional and local project initiatives.

The Customer Insights and Technical Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and customers from across the business with a continuous improvement mindset to identify their needs through in-depth research and data analysis and assist in translating these to requirements for improvements and project initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (in Agile or Traditional work practices) to ensure business requirements and insights are captured, understood and people and process changes are designed and documented aligned with business objectives.
- Develop detailed solution proposals and design documentation.
- Using a partnered approach, act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between parties
- Gather and interpret data and insights on customers to suggest technical efficiencies.
- Create and lead the EDI solutions for customers from proposal to training and implementation including ensuring compliance with product catalogue.
- Project management responsibilities from inception through to completion including change management, governance activities and program reporting.
- Driving and supporting system implementations, upgrades and modifications.
- Be seen as the Super User of necessary systems and processes. This includes (but is not limited to) providing consistent support and guidance for users.
- Support the business with identifying measures of success and set targets. Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance.
- Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations at all times.
- Prepare ad hoc reports, analysis and submissions as required.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, IT&T, Technical or Medical disciplines would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a similar/related role ideally in the Medical Technology or Medical Device industry.
- Advanced suite of Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated experience with EDI implementation and GS1 is a must.
- SAP experience essential
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
- Proven experience in engaging, influencing, negotiating, and communicating with a range of business stakeholders (internal and external) to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive technical outcomes.
- Agile ways of working knowledge and lived experience would be seen as a distinct advantage.
