Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (Client Engagement) role provides service to the background screening customer while practising teamwork and collaboration within the Customer Service team.
The Customer Service Representative (Client Engagement) works predominantly with clients to facilitate accurate and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this
role have the desire to provide exceptional customer service with a passion for working directly with the client and can show patience and empathy in day-to-day interactions.
The Customer Service Representative (Client Engagement) works within a team to ensure response and resolution of numerous customer issues to achieve the highest level of satisfaction and product understanding for HireRight's SMB clients. The role works with the HireRight Team to proactively monitor issues and improve HireRight product/service delivery prior to customer impact.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your day will be filled with tasks such as**:
- Ensuring delivery of customer-specific requirements and within customer deadlines.
- Providing regular updates on customer status, needs and feedback to other HireRight teams and management.
- Participating in online calls and on-site presentations and meetings with customers.
- Taking responsibility in providing accurate responses to client-specific issues, acting as the “eyes and ears” for the client, escalating matters, as necessary.
- Developing and maintaining long-term business partnerships with clients by providing high levels of customer service.
