Overview:
This is an admin-based, role for a self-starter who is willing to learn new things and join the unique, interesting and growing industry of background screening.
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking to fill a position for an Operations Representative to undertake background checks for our clients on their potential employees. The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Accessing multiple databases to complete background checks which involves basic data entry.
- Processing and preparing background check reports according to client guidelines and standards.
- Detailing thorough notes of actions taken during research and enquiries.
- Desire and ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
**Additional information**
- The position is full time (37.5 hours per week, based on a 7.5 hour day average)
- Must be available to work various shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- On the job training will be provided
Qualifications:
**Essential Attributes**
- Minimum 1 yr related experience in administration, or a customer facing role desired
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal) and computer savvy to navigate various software platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The motivation to learn new things and follow verbal and written instructions.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- The ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
