**Your new role awaits**

As a **Customer Service Representative **based at our **Boolaroo **branch, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers with coordination of their equipment solutions.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns.
- Contribute to the achievement of team KPI’s - customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety
- Administrative duties - generate hire schedules, invoicing, etc
- Representing us every day by providing an exceptional customer experience.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A friendly and sociable personality & a genuine interest in helping others
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Knowledge of plant hire equipment would be great, but you will receive full training
