**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Paid Media Content Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting influencers and content creators to wider campaign activity, helping to drive stronger campaign performance. You'll collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to support the delivery of creative, insight-led campaigns. This role also includes a significant administrative component, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage processes, timelines, and reporting effectively.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer/social content or paid media role
- Are and expert with Content Creation and Curation that aligns with the brand's message and campaign goals
- Have done project Management and possess strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines
- Have a good understanding of social media tools and supporting technologies
- Can learn quickly
- Are a natural at design sensibility and have an understanding of visual storytelling
- Come with strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different channels
- Have strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices
- Tertiary or equivalent business qualification/experience
- Experience in working with agencies or vendors for media campaigns / influencer implementation (desirable)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse media performance data, interpret results, and provide actionable insights (desirable)
