Our client is a leading luxury retirement village retailer with huge growth project over the next five years. We are looking for an Content Coordinator to assist with graphic design and content creation. Working closley with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist there is huge potential to enhance your marketing career within a great team culture.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Generate creative and effective marketing collateral to raise the business profiles to generate consistent enquiry and sales
- Ensure that all graphic design is consistent with business brands from initial concept through to artwork and layout
- Consult with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist on appropriate design concepts from implementation through to the end product
- Produce printed and digital material to include, but not limited to internal documents, presentations, brochures, flyers, press ads, signage, event collateral, EDMs, websites and social media campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts to assist with the company's future brand development.
- Advise photographers regarding styling for portrait and real estate imagery to be used in marketing collateral.
- Establish relationships with external print companies and liaise with said print companies to ensure quality print material is produced in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- With the SDMS, create and manage the monthly organic content plan for all Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business pages to increase engagement, build page likes and nurture the online community
- Plan and execute paid Facebook and Instagram prospecting and remarketing campaigns to generate quality leads and website traffic
- Analyse organic and paid SMM campaign results and landing page data to increase overall lead generation
- Copywrite and design advertisements, posts, landing pages and gated content used in SMM campaigns
- Produce copy and collateral for all digital marketing
- Assist with copywriting for offline marketing collateral including sales material, signage, print advertisements, event descriptions and PR initiatives
- Make strategic placement decisions as part of the greater marketing strategy
