I'm currently working with a rapidly growing business, to help find their newest
**Content and Social Media Manager**. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media and content strategies that capture the essence of my client's brand and connect with their target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that inspires, informs, and entertains followers across all social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media and content strategies that support marketing objectives.
- Create and curate compelling content (such as blog posts, articles, photos, and videos) that showcases products, services, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Analyse and report on the performance of social media and content campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and content pieces.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and shareable content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with content creation and production, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Passion for boating and fishing, with an understanding of the boating and fishing industry and its audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
