We are currently working on a DIGITAL CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST role within a Government agency based in BRISBANE for a MULTI YEAR contract with guaranteed extensions, with a pay rate is up to $68 p/hr.

As a Content & Social Media specialist you will drive, inspire and implement creative social media campaigns that bring the program’s key messages to the digital audience.

Role
- Maintain key relationships as part of the team and provide key strategic digital advertising and marketing advice.
- Propose, write-up and edit compelling content including copy, photos and reels that promotes the work on social media and other channels.
- Manage the weekly social media calendar and social media channels, including nurturing and building audiences on these platforms.
- Work within a team to moderate community interactions on social media channels.
- Explore new channels and stay up to date with the latest social media trends
- Support paid campaigns ensure the campaigns are effective
- Generate reports on media/social media/digital coverage
- Be a champion of proper processes, accountability, record-keeping
