**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Service and Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in managing and streamlining our administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Counter Duties**: Greeting customers, handling inquiries, and providing a high level of service.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Works Orders**: Processing and managing works orders efficiently.
- **Booking Freight**: Coordinating freight bookings and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- **Receipting in Stock**: Receiving and recording stock accurately.
- **Sales Orders**: Processing sales orders and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- **Invoices**: Generating and managing invoices for customers.
- **Quotes**: Preparing and issuing quotes based on customer requirements.
- **General Support**: Aiding the General Manager with various small projects and administrative tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
