
Operations Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage phone lines, respond to client inquiries, and support overall client communication.
- Oversee and maintain company databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data management.
- Track inventory, manage orders, and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain and organize financial, employee, and client records.
- Create, draft, and distribute customer correspondence, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate facility and office equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to different departments, including marketing, operations, and project management teams.
- Execute other related duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma/GED required; a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a service-based business, digital marketing, or project management environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to draft professional correspondence.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Desired Skills**:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $47,343.99 - $91,455.68 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
