**What You Will Do**

**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:

- Print and organise orders from the Customer Service Inbox as directed by the Customer Service Team Leader
- Enter customer orders with a high level of attention to detail
- Liaise with other departments as requires to achieve positive end-results for both Allflex Australia and our customers
- Aid and support on key department activities, initiatives and projects
- Demonstrate everyday behaviours that are consistent with company values and ways of working centered around the following mindset & behaviours:

- Excellent communication, both over the phone and in person
- Positive and resilient, with a “can do” attitude
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming
- Flexibility within the role
- Previous Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Ability to quickly adapt to the use of new computer programs
- Effective time management to organise and prioritise workloads
