Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Customer service
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with customers on the phone
- Building positive customer relationships.
**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role you should be an outgoing individual with strong written and verbal communications skills and:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
