**About the Role**
Are you a highly proactive and organised individual with a knack for managing multiple tasks and stakeholders with precision and confidentiality? Located in either state, BOQ Group is looking internally for a Team Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our General Managers in Risk, and across the broader Division.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management across the supported teams, allowing our leadership team to focus on their priorities and deliver business goals.
As a Team Assistant, you will manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and appointments, prepare high-quality confidential documentation, and serve as the central point of contact for critical meetings and forums.
You will also support divisional employee forums, engagement activities, and events, manage travel arrangements, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Your role will be crucial in contributing to the development of processes and procedures, maintaining confidential files and records.
**About you**
You are an experienced professional administrator, with proven tenure in a similar role, supporting senior management. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software, you excel in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are highly organised, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs and solving problems efficiently, and your ability to manage time and resources to meet deadlines sets you apart. You can easily and organically anticipate needs which you convert to priorities, using common sense. Rather than sit on the sidelines you’re a willing participant, with a creative touch and a sense of urgency.
