**Position Overview**: Currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Team Assistant to join a dynamic team. As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting accounting professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and proofreading of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for team members as required.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance office efficiency and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, team assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an accounting or finance environment will be highly regarded.
