**The Role & The Firm**

Our client is a well established commercial law firm. The partner who heads up the commercial disputes team is well known for their high profile, high value and multi party disputes work. Dues to growth and a number of hearings in the pipeline, our client is looking to recruit a talented litigator.

A flavour of the work will include:

- commercial and contractual disputes
- breach of trust matters
- regulatory disputes & investigations
- product liability claims
- share-holder disputes
- white collar crime and fraud
- corporate disputes

This is very much a 'hands on' role where you will draft pleadings, attend court, manage client relationships, brief counsel, prepare advices on liability and quantum. The partners at this firm have an open door policy and love nothing more than developing and investing in their lawyers.

This would suit the commercial disputes lawyer who is looking to work on major, high profile matters or a professional indemnity/insurance lawyer who is looking to do more commercial disputes work.

**About You**
- At least 2 years pae in the area of commercial disputes or professional indemnity/insurance disputes
- Strong drafting and litigation skills
- Highly developed organisation skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team but also independently
- Drive, initiative and a strong work ethic
