We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. In this role, you will be a key enabler of success across the Operations function by developing practical tools, resources, and frameworks that support both national and regional priorities. Acting as the link between strategic intent and on-the-ground execution, you'll play a central role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and clarity across our clinic network.

You’ll lead or support key operational projects, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly enhance clinic performance and team experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong coordination skills, a passion for solving complex problems, and an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**:

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Experience in operations, business support within a large multi-site environment
- Outstanding organisational skills and a love for structure and systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A background in industries like healthcare, retail, or franchising is a plus
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with an eye for detail
