**Role: Hotel Manager**

**Location**:Inner Melbourne

**Salary Range**:$104,000 - $120,000 (with KPI Incentives)

**Preferred Profile**:Senior Room's Manager, Hotel or Executive Assistant Manager with a hands-on approach to business

**Responsibilities**:
**Hands-on Involvement**: Engage actively across all hotel departments, showcasing your leadership and training skills.

**Operational Excellence**: Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.

**Strategic Input**:Collaborate with the area manager to drive growth strategies and elevate the hotel's performance.
