We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Regional Manager looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare in Melbourne.

**So, what does the role entail?**

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true leader of operations across Victoria in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

- Provide leadership and frontline management to all field staff by providing operational and clinical support.
- Oversee and deliver clinical and community care to clients.
- Support the Program / Package Office Team Leaders to ensure implementation and ongoing care delivery complies with the organisations external policies and procedures.
- Promote and maintain effective communication channels between the Client / Carers, management, nursing staff, health professionals and government agencies.
- Ensure client / staff documentation is kept current and up to date utilising dated notes
- Handle sensitive enquiries, often from anxious clients / family, with tact, discretion and professionalism

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Relevant qualifications - RN/ EN highly desirable
- Proven Management or Team Leader experience in equivalent or like position
- Aged care / community care employment experience
- Front-line / operational management experience
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable.
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
