IT Manager

We're working with a well-established Australian organisation with strong private ownership that's currently centralising its operations and modernising its technology environment. With a focus on efficiency, scalability, and readiness for future growth, they're now looking for a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of their technology landscape and drive continuous improvement across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of IT operations, supporting both head office and multiple sites across Victoria.
• Assess, maintain, and improve existing systems while unwinding legacy vendor dependencies.
• Lead the rollout of new platforms and integrations across the business.
• Partner with external vendors on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project delivery.
• Manage core systems including ERP, CRM, and network infrastructure.
• Provide on-site support for key stakeholders and troubleshoot hardware or connectivity issues.

About you

• 10+ years' experience in a standalone IT Manager or senior systems role.
• Background across multi-site operations such as retail, storage, logistics, or property.
• Confident working across infrastructure, networks, and integrations (API experience ideal).
• Practical, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves when things need fixing.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle (some travel between sites required).
