- Previous experience as a Property Manager (or perhaps an aligned role, knowing you will make a top-notch PM?)

- A commitment to excellence and attention for detail
- A strong work ethic and the desire to be part of an organisation ‘going places’
- Your Agents Rep Certificate
- Current police check
- Reliable vehicle
