**Production Manager - Bakers Delight Croydon**

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Baker to join the delightful team at Bakers Delight Croydon as Production Manager

As a Production Manager, you will be fully accountable for the operations and profitability of Bakers Delight Croydon. You will lead and drive your team to produce quality product and deliver delightful customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You’ll also spend time training your team in all bakery operations so having a focus on standards, policies and procedures is important too

**To be successful in this ‘roll’, you will**:

- Have experience in retail store/restaurant management
- Have knowledge of retail operations & budgets in a small business
- Understand the need for strong compliance with work health and safety standards and requirements
- Be a strong communicator and with good conflict management skills
- Be able to influence and motivate others

You’ll be comfortable leading the team to deliver quality products so as to contribute to Bakers Delight Croydon achieving our results and meeting targeted budgets. Working full time, hours may be spread across the week (and weekend), with early morning starts and above award wages.

Your dedication and drive to lead and work with a close knit team to produce excellent quality products and provide delightful customer service are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $64,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
