We are looking for an Account Manager to join a leading landscape and gardening company located in Croydon. Join the collaborative team at Form Boss that supplies superior edging systems to thousands of happy customers.

Work within a successful group of professionals who pride themselves on being the founders and industry leaders in garden edging systems by providing complete edging solutions to customers for over 15 years

We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary of $95,000 per annum plus super, plus capped commission of up to $30,000.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Identify and lead sales initiatives to grow the reseller category
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing channel partners to increase the share of wallet
- Propose and initiate relevant training, promotions, merchandising, and tailored events for the channel
- Propose and activate in-store merchandising and promotions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of specific market/industry/competitor trends and conditions to identify and develop a pipeline of potential resellers aligned with strategic and operational priorities
- Answer reseller sales enquiries
- General sales administration duties
- Management of appointments
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Merchandising and promotions experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to channel sales
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Great organisations skills
