**Job description**

We are seeking a self-motived and dynamic entry level Accounts Officer to:
*Provide ongoing administration and data entry support including timesheet finalisation and compliance for the payroll team

*Assisting accounts receivable officer with data entry and invoicing with a high degree of accuracy.

*Provide administrative support to other members of the finance team.

SELECTION CRITERIA

**Essential**
- 1 year work experience in accounts or administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Current Federal Police check (or willing to obtain asap)

**Desirable**
- Diploma of Business or Accounting (or similar)
- Proven ability to input data accurately (98% accuracy)
- High level communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills demonstrating ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- To be able to work well both within a team and also independently
