Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, as an Accounts Payable Officer you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Full function accounts payable - processing invoices, preparing payments for review and reconciliations
- Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and other payments required by the business
- Maintain highly efficient, accurate, professional and timely communication with external and internal customers & stakeholders
- Supporting the team with ad hoc duties, including month end activities and general administration including relief reception and accounting duties

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Experience using LightYear preferred
- Accurate data entry
- Intermediate/advanced MS Excel & Word capability
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and a flexible attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexible and adaptable to change especially in a fast paced workplace
- Experience and knowledge of any large commercial accounting package would be an advantage.
