We currently provide services throughout the Geelong region, Western Melbourne, Warrnambool, and Southwest Victoria.

**Snapshot of your role**:
We are seeking a Support Coordinator with a good NDIS knowledge and a first experience in working in the Disability sector.

Our team is facing a continuous increase in Support Coordination needs for NDIS participants and is looking for the next superstar to join them.

This role assists people with a disability by coordinating and implementing all supports that are funded in their NDIS plan.

This includes regularly liaising with participants, careers, families, and external stakeholders. You will value your time dedicated to support by reaching fortnight KPI in providing the best service to our clients.

Our Support Coordination team are highly supported and valued, and known for our responsive, effective, accountable, and problem-solving expertise.

You will have a through induction and training experience with team leaders that will ensure your workloads and caseloads are manageable.

**To be eligible for this position you will require**:

- A good knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and disability industry and have a passion for this industry
- A high standard of professional integrity and accountability
- Excellent time management & communication skills
- High level IT literacy and administration skills
- Adaptable communication style
- A sound knowledge of the disability sector
- Good observation & assessment skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification or certificate with relevant experience, or relevant extensive experience in case management, disability or community services is highly regarded

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain one)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check
- Covid Vaccination Certificate (2 doses min)
