THE ROLE

Global and Domestic Student Recruitment is seeking a Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion Specialist to deliver integrated campaigns and conversion activities to support the acquisition of prospective and commencing domestic students.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion, you will:

- Work closely with the Manager to design, implement and optimise student recruitment acquisition and conversion initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate student recruitment campaigns, projects and events (both in-person and online), ensuring activities align to briefs and are delivered within timelines and budget.
- Coordinate ongoing monitoring and tracking of sales lead, databases and performance against metrics to inform progress and identify issues/risks in the conversion process to maintain conversion rates and drive improvements.
- Collation of data and provide analysis and reports to inform Global and Domestic Student Recruitment's acquisition and conversion performance and effectiveness as well as provide insights into the prospective student journey to inform future campaigns and activities.
- Provide key insights to the Acquisition and Conversion Sales Support team to contribute to the development of effective sales collateral and resources.
- Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providers/suppliers.

About You

As the Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion Specialist (Domestic), you will work closely with our student recruitment teams to design, implement, and optimize student recruitment acquisition and conversion initiatives for our prospective domestic students. You will manage and coordinate acquisition and conversion campaigns, projects, and activities through a variety of channels, ensuring that activities align with briefs and are delivered within timelines and budget. Your experience in planning and implementing work programs will enable you to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Working closely with our domestic recruitment teams, you will have a detailed understanding of the needs and objectives of our prospective students and provide a holistic view of all activities to support them. Strong familiarity with the student recruitment process and a keen understanding of the prospective student journey will give you a distinct advantage.

You will have experience in collating data and providing analysis and reports, which will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve coordinating ongoing monitoring and tracking of sales leads, databases, and performance metrics to inform progress and identify issues or risks in the conversion process. By maintaining conversion rates and driving improvements, you will contribute to the overall success of our acquisition and conversion efforts.

You will be a collaborative team member who displays strong interpersonal and communication skills and has experience building effective relationships both internally and externally to the organisation.

To Apply- Degree in business, sales/marketing, communications or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience in designing, implementing and optimising acquisition and conversion campaigns and activities.
- Experience in working with metrics and analysis, reporting on campaign performance and progress, and providing evidence-based insights to support informed decision making.
- Experience in managing/overseeing projects and provide coordination support to ensure deliverables are in accordance with timeline and budget.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) including effective cross-cultural communication, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
