**Your new role**
- Maintain a communication plan supporting customer outage/incident resolution via the problem management process.
- Proactively monitor the Application suite to ensure the KPIs for the Service are achieved and trigger remedial processes should the Application not perform as expected.
- Perform routine maintenance for the Application suite.
- Provide work-a-rounds to Resolve Incidents relating to Application Availability.
- Diagnose Application interface issues and take action to resolve related Incidents and Problems.
- Create and maintain Test Plans and test reports
- Consider Applications in the creation of, and updates to, the Technology Adoption Plan (TAP) with a view to ensuring:the Technology Road Map is maintained in accordance new and emerging technologies relating to the Facilities Manager's Application requirements are considered and added to the Technology Adoption Plan in accordance with Change Management.
- Manage the Applications in accordance with the work shift patterns of the Site.
- Provide support on-site during normal business hours
- Provide rostered on-call support for out of office hours incidents/changes
- Contribute to the enhancement of the toolset in monitoring, measuring, and managing services
- Participate in the development of the Information Lifecycle Management Plan

**What you'll need to succeed**

Knowledge of ITIL, Service Delivery Management, Service Portfolio Management, Six Sigma oe equivalent is desirable
