We seek an experienced ITSM Support Engineer with deep technical roots, strong communication skills, and a strong collaborative ethic for this initial 12 month contract in Perth.

ITSM Specialist requirements and deliverables:


•Proven experience implementing and optimizing ITIL v4 processes across

large or complex environments.


•Strong understanding of Service Design, Service Transition,

and Continual Service Improvement.


•Ability to assess current ITSM maturity and identify gaps.


•Experience designing and rolling out new ITSM processes tailored to

organizational needs.


•Experience developing and embedding:

Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request

Fulfilment processes.

Asset Management, Configuration Management.

measurement, and reporting.

Capacity and Availability Management frameworks and reporting.

Skilled in developing Transition to Support processes for new

services and systems.

Experience in Service Design to ensure operational readiness and

supportability of new solutions.


•Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making and continuous

improvement.


•Experience developing and delivering training and awareness programs

for ITSM processes.


•Ability to assist with drive cultural change and ensure process adoption

across technical and non-technical teams.
