You will be responsible the cafe's overall performance. This entails overseeing and

managing all employees, including their occupational development, training, and

growth within the organisation. You will be responsible for opening and closing

functions, menu collaboration (and training staff on menu changes), marketing and

functions, inventory management, OH&S and hygiene standards, customer service,

team management, and overall operational efficiency, which can be summarised into

the core duties below.

**This task includes, but is certainly not limited to the following**

**points**:

- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus, taking into

consideration customer feedback and sales performance.
- Organise special functions and events, ensuring menus are tailored to meet

the needs of each occasion.
- Coordinate the purchasing and pricing of goods within budget constraints.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory

management and financial transparency.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, maintaining cleanliness and

functionality of dining facilities.
- Gather feedback from customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and

service, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Recruit, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff, ensuring high

performance and adherence to standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, including taking reservations,

greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a relevant Diploma qualification or equivalent in substantial

experience.

**Experience Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to undergo the above tasks competently.

with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time

frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient

and timely manner.
- Preferring multilingual skills.
