**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and innovative Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. You will play a critical role in ensuring our café operates efficiently, delivers outstanding customer service, and stays ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily café operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the café team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers and manage the procurement of high-quality café supplies.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Innovation: Develop and introduce new specialty drinks to keep the menu fresh, relevant, and exciting.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in café or restaurant management.
- Hands-on experience with specialty coffee and craft beverages.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
