**Café Supervisor - Blues Club Café**

**About VenuesLive**:
VenuesLive create remarkable experiences and proudly operates some of Australia’s iconic venues including Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium in Sydney, and Optus Stadium in Perth. VenuesLive also provides catering services to a range of venues across NSW and has recently opened the Blues Club Café in Sydney Olympic Park.
VenuesLive has most recently appointed Matt Moran to the role of Culinary Ambassador in our Stadiums and together we are taking our dining experience to the next level. We are seeking individuals who share our drive for creating exceptional food experiences.
**Your Focus will be**:

- Independently manage the café business and operate autonomously within the business frameworks
- Operate with a hands-on approach at all times
- Manage function and board room catering requirements
- Manage the stock ordering and control
- Manage the profit and loss for the Café
- Promote and marketing the Café via social media and other avenues
- Assist in other areas of the business as required

**What You'll bring**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in a supervisory role
- Strong barista knowledge and experience as a barista in a high paced café environment
- Be customer centric in addition to recruit, train and develop staff
- Current RSA certificate holder
- Food safety certificate
- Function catering experience desirable
- POS system knowledge and cash-handling
- Current driving license
- Willingness to work flexible hours and across multiple venues in line with the requirements of VenuesLive’s event schedule (which includes weekend work)
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
