Casual Field Sales Role – Café & Hospitality Blitz

Sydney-based | $50/hr + Commission + $0.85/km Car Allowance | Vibrant Australian Juice Brand

Love chatting with café owners? Passionate about healthy products and being on the road? We're looking for two energetic, outgoing people to join Allie's Cold Pressed for a 10-day café sales blitz across Sydney.


About Allie's Cold Pressed

From humble beginnings as a juice stand in 2014, Allie's has grown into one of Australia's leading cold-pressed juice brands — now stocked in over 1,500 cafés, hotels, and independent grocers nationwide. You'll find us in Qantas lounges, Sheraton, W Hotel, Shangri-La, and many of Australia's best coffee spots.

We're known for our premium cold-pressed juices and smoothies — made with 100% Australian produce, no added sugar, and nothing artificial.


The Role

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where you'll represent the Allie's brand in person — visiting pre-mapped cafés across Sydney, chatting with owners and managers, and introducing them to our juices and smoothies. You'll have samples on hand, a clear daily plan, and support from our team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Visiting cafés across Sydney (routes provided)
  • Introducing the Allie's range and sharing samples
  • Speaking with café owners/managers about stocking our products
  • Highlighting our 50% off first order offer
  • Logging visits and feedback through a simple online tracker
  • Reporting to our Sales Director at the end of each day

What You'll Need
  • A vibrant, enthusiastic, and friendly personality — you're the face of our brand
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and your own car (we pay $0.85/km)
  • A can-do attitude, reliability, and comfort talking to new people
  • Available for 10 business days (with potential for more work)
  • Based in Sydney and ready to hit the road

Pay & Perks
  • $50 per hour (including Super) + commission
  • $0.85/km car allowance (Aust. legal rate)
